What to Know Before You Come in
Spinal Solutions Restorative Chiropractic & Stretch Therapy strives to be a paperless office, so we will email you your new patient paperwork to complete and submit to us electronically before your first appointment. Because we’ll be moving your body around a lot, we ask you to wear shorts and a tank top (you can change into them here if it’s cold outside). You’ll be warm and cozy with our heated tables and warming blankets.
What to Expect
Dr. K won’t make any recommendations at this visit. She’ll call you, usually the next day, to see how you’re feeling and answer any questions that may have come up since you left the office.
After your initial appointment, all your visits will be thirty minutes of one-on-one, hands-on care provided by Dr. K, who will work on joint dysfunctions, muscle issues and fascia to provide a holistic approach to healing.
